- Building Permit - Certified Professional Program:
The Certified Professional (CP) Program is an alternative building permit process in which a Certified Professional who is recognized as a CP performs the full building review and inspection role on behalf of the City.
The CP Program can help facilitate the issuance of building permits for new and existing buildings. Under the CP process, Certified Professionals assist with code review, permit coordination, and staged permit submissions, allowing eligible projects to proceed more efficiently.
Staged permitting can allow construction to begin earlier than under the standard permit process, which can be a significant advantage for owners, developers, and contractors who need to maintain project schedules.
Arvand has Certified Professionals who can assist with permit applications and help expedite the review process where the CP Program is available.

- Tenant Improvement:
As a Multidisciplinary Consulting Engineering Corporation, Arvand designs many Tenant Improvement Projects each year. Our team can provide Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Suppression design services for tenant improvement projects.
We assist clients with permit drawings, code review, coordination with municipal authorities, and construction-phase support. Where applicable, tenant improvement permits may be coordinated through the Certified Professional process to help expedite approval.
